All homes were fitted with a 2-zone wet UFH system to the ground floor and radiators for the first floor, electrical car charging, solar, data, small power and lighting. Access controls have been provided to the 4 apartments via a Legrand Bticino system and interfaced with the Vent Fire alarm AOV panel.
